Does HalalTrust certify my restaurant?
No. HalalTrust is a transparency platform, not a halal certifier. The restaurant provides the information shown on its TrustProfile, and customers review that information for themselves.
Do I need a halal certificate to join?
A certificate is not required to create a profile. Restaurants can list the documents, suppliers, and practices they actually have, as long as the information is accurate and does not overstate any claim.
What information can I update?
Owners can privately prepare and update a personal public message, restaurant-listed documents, suppliers, and sourcing or preparation practices. Public sharing and QR assets begin after publication review.
Can I manage multiple locations?
The self-service plan currently supports one restaurant location per account. Multi-location management is not included in the current self-service plan.
When does billing begin?
Your first month is free with no credit card required at signup. Billing is activated later from the owner dashboard at $39 per month or $390 per year.
